Simply Sustainable™ Farm Freshwater Plan II - International content:

 

• Scope of your FFW Plan (compliance with regional and national rules and statement of international market issues)
• Description of your farm type and operations with your input
• Catchment and Farm Map/s (on GIS in 2D and 3D)
• Current freshwater management on your farm (by freshwater management unit)
• Freshwater issues, risks, and management options - local
• Freshwater and reputational issues, risks, and management options - international
• Freshwater objectives, policies, targets, costings
• Action Plan to 2035
• Monitoring and review (three-yearly)
• Draft Plan for discussion with Regional Council
• Final Plan for approval by Regional Council and submission to international customers 

 

Reporting Criteria:

• Desk-top and site-based assessment  
• We will request specific information from you using a Farm Information Schedule and communicate with you frequently (phone and video calls) during the planning process. No hidden costs or tasks for you
• Then we will price the site visit and drone survey service for your approval
• All information held as strictly confidential
• Draft Plan will be provided for your review before discussion with Regional Council
• Final Plan may be certified or audited by another party. Any updates required may incur an additional charge
•  Site visit and or water or soil testing at additional charge
• Three-yearly reviews and updates at additional charge

 

Limitations:

1) GreenXperts reserves the right to cancel or withdraw any Farm Freshwater Plan, Action Plan or recommendation without refund of fees or payment of compensation if information supplied is incorrect, a substantial change to the activities addressed occurs and is not advised by the client, or a negative event occurs that damages the standing of the Farm Freshwater Plan.

2) We also reserve the right to advise the client of additional fees if the scope of the Farm Freshwater Plan project required is beyond our standard service specification, or legal or consumer expectations change.

3) Please note that Farm Freshwater Plan policy is currently under Government review. Our plans are designed to be updated quickly following that review - update fees may apply.

4) GreenXperts acts as an independent freshwater management adviser only to farmers. On-farm freshwater management decisions and actions, and the final form of the plan are ultimately and solely the responsibility of the farm owner and operator.

Farm Freshwater Plan II fee excludes site visit and drone survey costs (see Product Info section above), excludes GST, and is non-refundable.

Professional services are carried out in accordance with our standard Contract.

Reports in .pdf form are delivered to your nominated e-mail address in a timeframe as agreed with you following our initial assessment of the work required. This timeframe may change as the project progresses.
